Billing and Payment Policy
Lessons are paid monthly in advance by Direct Debit / standing order. This allows us to plan consistent, high-quality lessons for all students.
Cancellation and Absence Policy
As lessons run on reserved weekly slots, missed lessons are not refundable. Where possible, we’ll always try to offer a catch-up option, but this can’t be guaranteed.
Attendance and Commitment
Consistent attendance is essential for progress. If a student misses more than three consecutive lessons without communication, their slot may be offered to another student.
Students are expected to arrive on time for lessons. Late arrivals cannot extend the lesson time, as schedules are fixed.
Lesson Policies
Lessons are structured but adaptable, designed to balance fun and progress. Students should bring their guitar, plectrums, and any provided materials to each session.
Practice outside of lessons is encouraged to maximize growth and retention of skills learned.
